Established in 2000, Configuration Dance Theatre (CDT) is a unique, contemporary ballet company whose dynamic programs are as diverse as the ensemble's make-up, or its configuration.
Driven to explore the creative possibilities within the art form, Configuration Dance Theatre draws inspiration for its dance programs from associations with a roster of internationally renowned dancers, choreographers and artists. Dance Magazine referred to CDT's performances as "a living art gallery." [Read More]

We have a new class - Sivananda Yoga
We are now offering a Sivananda Yoga class on Monday at 7 - 8:30 PM. Here is a little background on its principles:
Proper Exercise:
Is given by the yoga postures or asanas, which work systematically on all parts of the body - streching and toning the muscles and ligaments, keeping the spine and joints flexible and improving the circulation.
Proper Breathing:
Means breathing fully and rhytmically, making use of all, not just part, of your lungs to increase your intake of oxygen. Yoga breathing exercises or pranayama teach you how to recharge your body and control your mental state by regulating the flow of prana - the live force.
Proper Relaxation:
Releases tension in the muscles and rests the whole sytem leaving you as refreshed as after a good night's sleep. It carries over into all your activities and teaches you to conserve your energy and let go of all worries or fears.
Positive Thinking and Meditation:
Help you to remove negative thoughts and still the mind, ultimately transcending all thoughts.
